Emma Viola
Director
Emma has worked within the NHS, Private Housing and Governmental Sectors over the last 8 years, project managing major events.
Working across various Housing Association through her career Emma became a key partner in the successful amalgamation of two housing associations. She went on to work with Taylor Wimpey, responsible for managing the co-ordination between Taylor Wimpey and their clients/contractors.
Working as part of a non-profit organisation in collaboration with the NHS, Emma also oversaw the promotion, marketing, training and execution of the National Stress Management Course (designed specifically for people experiencing mental health difficulties).
Craig Niven
Director
Craig has worked for 12 years within the Public Sector with extensive experience project managing at a national level, including the national response to the Covid-19 pandemic, co-ordinating across key partner agencies including the Scottish Government and NHS.
Most recently, Craig has worked to support Public Sector bodies in understanding their demand and how this impacts their operational ability.
With extensive experience interpreting and executing legislation, as well as a background in Building Maintenance with Macbar Ltd, Craig has lived experience of the complexities of the private rental sector.
James Niven
Director
LL.B (Hons)
James is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 30 years' experience in the commercial and residential construction industry holding senior management positions, combined with an Honour's Degree in Law.
Forming Macbar in 1995, James has steadily built a reputation for quality and reliability across the sectors in which he operates. With successful and profitable completion of domestic and commercial projects over a value range between £10,000 - £1 million.
He joins Clyde Arc Letting in 2023, bringing with him extensive experience in the property sector.
