We have provided some guidance below to help you determine whether something is an emergency or not, however this may come down to your own personal judgement. If you contact a contact a contractor and it is later determined that the situation was not an emergency, you may be liable for any call-out costs incurred. If you use a contractor other than the one provided without reasonable attempts to contact the given contractor, you may be liable for all costs.
